Q: Where is your Company Located? 

A: Coco's Kloset is Located in Los Angeles, CA

Q. What materials is your jewelry made of? 

A. Our Jewelry is either 14k, 16k or 18 plated or 14k, 16k or 18k plated over 0.925 Sterling Silver. Please read the product description under each product for more details. 

Q. How long will it take for my package to ship out?

A. Each Product is  different. Estimated Shipping times can be found under each product description. Some products will ship out in 2-3 days after you place your order while others will ship out 2-3 weeks after placing your order. Please read the product description under each product for specific shipping times. 

Q: What is your company's Shipping/ Return Address? 

A: We do not accept returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons as well as all products being customized for each particular customer. If there is a problem with your order, please e-mail shopcocoskloset@gmail.com and we will reply to your e-mail within 24-48 hours. 

Q: What are your Hours of Operation?

A: Coco's Kloset Hours of Operation are: 

Monday- Friday 8 a.m.- 6 p.m. PST 

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.

Payments
Q: What kind of payments does your Company accept?
A: We accept Paypal, Shopify Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and Apple Pay.
Q: Will I be charged taxes on my order?
A: California State Taxes are charged to all customers on their order regardless of what State or Country where the Customer lives. 
Shipping
Q: What Shipping Service does your company use? 
A: We use the United States Postal Service to ship all packages. If you have another way that you would like your package to be shipped, please send us an e-mail at shopcocoskloset@gmail.com prior to or immediately after placing your order. 
Q: How soon after I place my order will my order be shipped?
A: Orders are shipped within 24 hours after placing an order.
Pre-Orders shipping dates will be specified at time of purchase. 90% of our orders are not Pre-Orders.
Q: How many days after I place my order should I expect to receive my package?
A: For orders inside of the United States, you should expect to receive your package within 5-7 Business Days. Once your package is shipped out, you will receive an e-mail providing you with a tracking number. Once you click on the tracking number inside the e-mail, it will bring you to the USPS website and the website will also provide you with an expected delivery date. 
For orders outside of the United States, you should expect to receive your package within 6-10 Business Days.Once your package is shipped out, you will receive an e-mail providing you with a tracking number. Once you click on the tracking number inside the e-mail, it will bring you to the USPS website and the website will also provide you with an expected delivery date. 
Q: Do your company do Express Shipping?
A: Yes. If you would like have your order shipped to you Express, please send us an e-mail at shopcocoskloset@gmail.com or call us at (323) 642-7160 and an invoice will be e-mailed to you. If you place an Express Order, your package should be received within 1-2 Business Days.
Q: What happens if I received my tracking number but I never received my package?
A: If you received a tracking number but haven't received your package within 5-7 Business Days or within 1-2 Business Days for Express, please e-mail us at shopcocoskloset@gmail.com or call us at (323) 642-7160 immediately so we can contact USPS to try to locate your package.
